Endo Marketing: Communication In The Workplace

In the same way, we use marketing to communicate with the market, advertise products and build our company’s brand, endo marketing, also called internal marketing. It comprises a series of tools that aim to keep all employees abreast of what is happening in the company, its mission, vision and values, strategic plans, tactical actions, and operational procedures.

Communication in the workplace is also used in training, lectures, sales conventions, commemorative ceremonies, incentive campaigns, and corporate events, such as openings and holiday parties.

Main Internal Marketing Communication Channels

Corporate Newspaper:

The printed and periodic publication is distributed to all employees and sometimes even family members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed of relevant facts and data about the organization.

Corporate Magazine:

Similar to the printed newspaper, but produced in a magazine format, with nobler materials and a differentiated cover.

Printed Bulletin:

Similar to a small newspaper, without defined periodicity. Newspaper, Magazine, or Virtual Bulletins: with the same content as printed materials, but sent by email.

Newsletter:

The most traditional newsletter via email, performing functions similar to those of the materials above.

Newspaper Mural:

Reserved space, usually in places with a large circulation in the company, where posters, other printed materials, and even editions of company newspapers are posted and displayed for general knowledge.

Banners And Posters: widely used in motivational campaigns, sales incentives, and for publicizing internal events.

Company Website:  as it is open to the public, it also ends up being used in some way for the company to communicate in the corporate environment.

Intranet:  uses the internet more privately, with access restricted by login and password, ensuring security and privacy of communication in the corporate environment.

Social Media: an effective communication channel with the company’s customers, they can be used cautiously to communicate with employees, without excessively mixing messages for different recipients.

One way to manage this is to use closed groups, particularly for sales forces, taking advantage of the agility and spontaneity of these communication channels in the workplace.

Information and management systems and software:  these are the most effective tools for the dissemination of information, as they allow real-time updates, the definition of access by hierarchy, filters, searches, graphics, warnings, alerts, and many other features that make the information very agile, can be treated strategically and brings more results.

Today’s great leaders such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and even Barack Obama are masters of this type of communication. Get started with structurely for more information
